The Problem

Societies need a single system to handle maintenance billing, visitor management, and day-to-day operations, plus a fast way for residents to get answers without filing a request.

My Contribution

Contributed to this platform as part of the N R Crew team, working on full-stack features across the React/Node.js/Express stack and building the AI chatbot using FastAPI, LangChain, LangGraph, and Pinecone for Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).

AI / LLM Feature

RAG-powered chatbot for resident queries, built on FastAPI, LangChain, LangGraph, and Pinecone.

Outcome

Shipped and live in production, used by real clients of N R Crew.
